Individual Payout Grid

A representative’s individual gross dealer commission is evaluated on an annual basis at the end of each calendar year. Below is the payout grid for Individuals:

Parkland Securities Group Payout Grid

Parkland Securities allows registered representatives who can meet one of the 2 criteria below to enter in a group production payout grid for the purposes of aggregating their Gross Dealer Concessions (GDC) production to qualify for certain group payout levels.  The group payout levels are based on the number of eligible registered representatives listed in the group and the overall total GDC earned on a calendar year basis.

The group GDC will be reviewed at the end of every year and/or at any time the number of representatives in the group changes.

  • All representatives in the production group share the same branch office
  • All representatives in the production group:
  • Work jointly on business (“joint business” is defined as 25% of GDC or investment advisory fees in a joint representative code)
  • And have established among themselves a written buy-sell agreement or other form of business succession agreement to ensure continued operations and a smooth transition in the event one or more Contractor retires, dies, or becomes permanently disabled.
